In addition to being a premium winery, Chicago Winery also delivers a remarkable culinary experience. We offer family style dinner service, and all wedding cuisine is handled in-house.
Our cuisine is driven by Executive Chef Andrew Graves, a midwest native who joins Chicago Winery after leading culinary programs at The Promontory, Dusek’s Tavern, and The Fairmont Hotel. Chef Graves, an alum of Chicago’s Alinea Group, as well as Tribeca Grill in New York, strives to highlight seasonal ingredients for a refined, modern American menu style.
In addition to our standard offerings, wedding couples also have the option to include signature cocktails, a raw bar, late night stations, wine bottle favors, and more.
Wedding Cuisine Tastings For all Couples
We take great pride in our culinary offerings, so we give all Chicago Winery wedding couples the opportunity to experience our cuisine before finalizing their wedding menu. After booking a Chicago Winery wedding, couples are invited to group couples tasting events where they taste their way through many of our menu items and wines in our private wedding venue space.
Expert Management and Service
Our passion is creating the best wedding celebration possible for you and your guests. Highly trained Chicago Winery catering and service professionals will serve as your wedding bartenders and waitstaff. Additionally, each couple works with a dedicated Event Manager, who confirms all wedding details, acts as a liaison with vendors, and remains on site the day of your wedding to guarantee that everything is executed to perfection.
