We’ve traded vast vineyards for soaring skyscrapers in order to create a breathtaking working winery right here in Chicago, equal parts refined and approachable. In our first year, we plan to produce nearly 3,500 cases of wine from 50 tons of grapes. Join us for Chicago wine tastings, tours, classes, and more — we bring a thoughtful approach to everything we create, from wine to weddings.
